Zachary D. Alsobrook is a partner in the Opelika law firm of Alsobrook Law Group where he concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and DUI; divorce, child custody and other family law matters; personal injury; and the representation of individuals and businesses in bankruptcy and other business law matters; with an emphasis on litigation and other forms of dispute resolution.
Zach is a Lee County native who is proud to serve the people of the Opelika/Auburn area. A graduate of Opelika High School, Zach went on to earn his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Auburn University before attending the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham. While in law school, Zach served as President of the Federalist Society and worked as a law clerk in several Birmingham law firms. Zach believes the legal experience he gained in Birmingham, combined with his local roots, allow him to offer outstanding representation to the communities of Lee, Chambers, Russell and Tallapoosa counties.
Zach is admitted to practice before all Alabama state courts as well as the United States federal courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Lee County Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Shelby County Bar Association and the Federalist Society, a national legal organization committed to the governing principles established by our Constitution.
